Looks like I have been targeted by Republican operatives for special attention. I received a fake email from someone claimimg to be AOL security sending me to a Geocities site. They were seeking info on my AOL account.

I just discovered most of my labor and Democratic contact lists to be missing from my AOL address book including my CWA contacts and all my labor and Democratic contacts in Texas, ND, NM, Utah, Wyoming, PA, Montana, Idaho, Mississippi, West Virginia and more.

Looks like the Republicans are acting like the Fascists they really are in my opinion.

We have temporarily lost over a thousand labor and Democratic email addresses. This action fits in a pattern of Nazi-like tactics from the Republicans involving the Internet that recently included the illegal spying by Senate Republican operatives on Democratic Senate members computers over the appointment of federal judges.

It seems that clear back before Watergate the Republican Party has used massive illegal spying and disruption tactics to impose their political views on the American nation.

2004 is coming.

I want to thank several people for their expressions of support.

First, Peter Werbe the fellow talk show host.

Our first email of support was from Bryan Warren in New Jersey. He is a great Democrat and supporter of DTR.

In Tennessee, our great friends Brad Parrish in Roane County and Dean Baxter in Marshall County are really trying to rally the troops behind DTR. These gentlemen are providing excellent leadership and are shining lights in the Tennessee Democratic Party. I also spoke with our great friend Tippy from Cookeville by phone. She has been ill but will return to our posting community here at DTR soon.

I want to thank Gordon Kimber from the East Bay Democrats in California for his continuing support and expressions of it during our hacking crisis.

Our webmaster guru Danny in Licking County, Ohio has helped us reconstruct some adresses from the DTR community but the loss is still over a thousand names reresenting thousands of dollars and as many hours. I may have most in an older system. Should know next week. We all owe a great debt to Danny!!!

The list seems to be growing every hour. I want to thank everyone even if I do not get a chance to mention everyone here by name.
