I just saw a tease on the MSNBC ticker that Clark will announce plans next week. But when I looked for the story, there was nada. Now I'm suspicious why they would put a teaser on, but no story. Keep your eyes peeled. You saw it here first!

BTW, if he does announce, but can't get nomination, a Dean-Clark ticket would be a sure end to the Bush crime family.
