This comes from TBTM. This guy was supposed to give a speech to troops while visiting in Iraq. He then cancels speech. Many who came thinking they would hear him became very.....well, very upset. The poem comes from TBTM as if it were written by Monty Python:

Brave Sir Donald ran away,
Bravely ran away, away.
When danger reared its ugly head, he bravely turned his tail and fled.
Yes, brave Sir Donald turned about
And gallantly, he chickened out. Bravely taking to his feet,
He beat a very brave retreat,
Bravest of the brave, Sir Donald.

"I would have to ask the questioner. I haven't had a chance to ask the questioners the questions they've been questioning". The Resident- Jan.8 2001
